So now you are trapped there with an trendy dragon that owns a lot of Bling Bling and other treasures.
Talking to the dragon is not as funny as it is in other Lucas Film games adventure games, so just weave all his stolen gold to straw with the spell you learned a while back on Loom Island. The dragon is not amused but also not angry so we can keep it that way for now.
For this clever action you are awarded with the note a. And this is well earned if you ask me...

Now you are able to cast the sleep spell you learned from the sheep on the dragon. Get him asleep and he will start snoring and by that he will set the straw under him on fire. So he leaves in a hurry and once the burned straw is away it shows a new cave you should enter.
Alternatively you can cast the Terror spell from Crystalgard on the Dragon and make it run away and open up the path. Thanks to Paul for this.

In the dragon's cave, there's another solution. After turning the straw to gold you can cast the Terror spell on the dragon (the dragon is afraid of fire).
