These Assets offer no additional missions for you once you own them. They are only there for your earned capital. Even though you even cannot sell them with big personal gains, but at least you have something you can spend your money on and you have more savepoints and (sometimes) garages for your cars.
And for the 100% completion you also need them. And this complete list offers you a nice overview over all asset properties without a mission in GTA Vice City.

Ocean View Hotel

You can't buy the Ocean View Hotel because it is a hotel and you can save there already, just because you live there when the game starts. But just for the sake of completeness for the list of all assets and especially for a complete list of all the savepoints in GTA Vice City the Ocean View Hotel is listed here too. And in case you get drunk in Vice City and can't find the way back to your hotel it is convenient to have a map with the hotel on it...
Every reward you get for the hidden packages (and that fits into the hotel) can be found here. Get in and walk past the save icon in the lobby of the Ocean View Hotel and up the stairs to your room to find them all.

Ocean Heights

The Ocean Heights Apartment is on the very southern end of Ocean Beach, right on the other side of the street from the Pole Position nightclub.
There is no need to buy this nice small Apartment flat all too early within the game, especially if you are low on money because the Ocean View Hotel is right around the corner and you can save there and collect your extras.
Fun Fact: Since 2009 there is a Ocean Heights Hotel in Dubai, but GTA got it first, Vice City is around since 2002.

1102 Washington Street

This Apartment building is right on the other side of the street from Ken Rosenbergs bureau, where you got your first mission.

Links View Apartment

The Links View Apartment is one block south from the Pay 'n Spray in Vice Point. And additionally there is almost every time a random midclass car parked between the house and the garage.

El Swanko Casa

You will find the El Swanko Casa by going south from the hospital on Vicepoint or when you are coming from Prawn Island to Vice Point, taking the corner at the Northpoint Shoppingmall and then continue just straight on and once you are at the end of the road you are standing in front of El Swanko Casa. If you still can't find it check out the map that came with your game.

3321 Vice Point

This house is located northeastern from the North Point Mall. On the other side of the road.

Hyman Condo

The Hyman Condo is to the west from the AmmuNation in Downtown to the end of the road, then right (north) until there is a branching to the left (west) to Hyman Memorial Stadium. 2 meters before this branch is a small alley to the right (east) and right there is the Hyman Condo.
It is quite nice to have to Condo as fast as possible.
But also not, in case you haven't found all 100 hidden packages yet as the extras you get for collecting all the hidden packages only add up to that many that you already found when you buy the Hyman Condo.
This is a stupid bug, so watch out. (The Hyman Condo bug was possibly removed in later versions of Vice City.)

Skumole Shack

Skumole Shack sounds like Skumhole Shack (or rather Scumhole Shack) and is nothing more than one single run down room that you will find when you walk up the stairs on the other side of the road from the bikergang.
It is very cheap and in case you got to the second island in the beginning of the game, maybe before you even started a single mission it is perfect to save your game on the second island to always have a helicopter or a Firefighter truck at hand or what else is needed.
