Some time you will find all Cheats for all systems for GTA Vice City here. At the moment you can only find the PS2 and the PC Cheats here...
For the mobile smartphone version of Vice City on android you can use the PC cheats just as well. But to enter them you have to cheat already, either you plug in a USB keyboard into your smartphone, or you get a special cheater keyboard app and use this.
