Your task in the Dildo Dodo mission is to advertise your movie by spreading all these leaflets. Use the Skimmer behind the movie studio (the door in the northwestern corner is open now) and take off. This is the Dodo, I have no idea where the Dildo is (in GTA3 the plane was called Dodo...). Now fly around the second island like a charm, from checkpoint to checkpoint. So pick one of the many checkpoints and fly from this one to the red endcheckpoint and distribute the flyers on the way there. After you picked up the red endcheckpoint you can see all the other starting checkpoints again. You can fly a nice loop over the 2nd island when collecting the checkpoints in the right order. Watch out when a checkpoint is between walls, stay calm, fly there again in another angle before crashing into a wall. Your fuel lasts for at least 2.5 laps around the 2nd island.
There really is nothing more to this mission, if you should really fail it, just keep on doing it and get some experience with the plane and where the checkpoint are located to fly the mentioned loop and you will get it done.
