You have to get to Starfish Island to pick up a passenger. You have 1 minute for this, so hurry up.
As soon as you got there and honked with button your competitor picks up your guest. So get him! Preferably with a drive by shooting. Afterwards you take the customer to the airport. There is no time limit on your ride to the airport.

HINTS:

- The other cabdriver always drive the same route, through Little Havana, past Sunshine Autos to the airport. Once he reached the airport the mission is over and lost.
