Rockstar Games was known for controversial games before GTA3, the old Grand Theft Auto games were published on PC and Playstation but you saw the whole gameplay from above. From above only. And then everything changed. GTA3 appeared and the world stood still. And soccer moms went all mad about all the violence and the possibilities to be violent within the game. Nobody cared that it was rated M already. Fuck yeah! And it was great!
After GTA3 finally came GTA Vice City, an homage to the 80ies, cocaine traffic in Miami, Scarface and pink Flamingos. Well, the living pink flamingos, it was definitely no homage to the movie Pink Flamingos, as this movie sucks and is utter trash. But if you are interested in the themes of Vice City you should watch movies like Scarface and Cocaine Cowboys, these movies are really great!

This may take some time but then I'll make sure to include the rampages as well. I also plan to finally add maps for the hidden packages! I didn't include the rampages yet as the guide is based on the german version of the game which sadly doesn't have these. Stay tuned.
