The First Half
The first half of the 4th floor is a hallway with 3 floorcrawlers that try to annoy or even stop you. But one room is worth checking out. Within it there is 1x handgun bullets and 1 medkit on the bed but also a floorcrawler under the bed.

The Second Half
Now you use a door to reach another hallways from the first hallway. After you killed the floor crawler suddenly 2 zombie dogs appear. Find a way to the end of the hallway to the

Coin Room
Here you pick up the SILVER COIN. But you don't possess the silver coin all that long as you dispense it again into the vending machine that is behind you at once. You will get the key to the insurance company rooms for this. If you check on your map or just ask me you will find out that the insurance company is on the 1st floor.
