So find your way to the left to the psychiatric institution.

Here you will find a confusing photo of yourself and a save point. Go through the unlocked door. Vincent is waiting for you there.

So we are back in another room of the psychiatric institution. Pick up the OXYDOL, the health drink and the 2 med kits.
Get out on the hallway and use the elevator here in the 2nd floor.
Ride down to the 1st floor.
