About the game
This is a platformer game featuring everyone's favourite duck Donald, no, Daffy Duck. Daffy is in Hollywood and all the levels are movie sets. Here is the blurb from the back of the box explaining the aim of the game:
Presenting the world famous Daffy Duck P.I. Armed with your lethal bubble gun search the Hollywood film sets for Yosemite Sam's Golden Cartoon World Movie Awards and the despicable Mad Professor Duck Brain.
Daffy Duck in Hollywood is also the name of a 1938 where Daffy gets involved where a movie is being shot. This game does not follow that plot and merely uses the title of that cartoon.
About the guide
This guide was produced to help with the Sega Master System FAQ completion project (http://selmiak.bplaced.net/sms/) which is trying to get a complete FAQ for every single SMS game on GAMEFAQS.Daffy Duck in Hollywood was also released for the Mega Drive (or Genesis as it was known in the USA). However the Mega Drive version is different so this guide doesn't cover that game.
The Game Gear version on the other hand is the same as the Sega Master System game.
