FIFA 16 is also available on the next-gen consoles (Xbox One and PS4). Some of your progress in the XBox 360 or the PS3 version of FIFA 16 will carry through to the next-gen version. These are:

Ultimate Team

For Ultimate Team things are different from FIFA 15. Differences are outlined here:

Basically to “prevent coin farmers and coin buyers negatively impacting the FUT economy” the Transfer Market is split by generation. This means coins, club items, players etc. are not shared between Xbox 360 and Xbox One anymore.

At this stage it is not clear if your Ultimate Team Trophies and your Seasons division progress will still be shared (someone let me know please).

For FIFA points purchased in FIFA 15 these can be transferred in a one-off transfer, as can FIFA points from the 360 to the next-gen Xbox One. ‘’Ultimate Team’’
