2) The Stats page will be changed. I somehow have wrong information with the amount certain letters have (for example, A has 24 games instead of 23).

OK, I have recalculated all the information and came up with 329 games for the SMS! I could keep rechecking the site for this information, but that may not stop it from being incorrect. If anyone has the time to check any letters for the total amount of games that letter has, please post here with any verifications of any letter stats, please.

NOTE: Please try to verify the letters with lots of games first, as I am assuming that is where I have made the mistake,



The new layout will be uploaded later today, thanks to MikePenance's hard work in creating it.

Sorry about this, but I figured out what the problem was with my calculations.

For A and H, I was calculating the results with Compliation Games. Taking away the 2 A and 2 H Compliation Games, my calculations work. However, I am a bit worried about this because I am sure I have included Completion Games in my stats at other points.

BTW, selmiak's site is back up and his calculations now match my new calculations.

I've put Zool on hold for a bit. Aliens 3 looks fun, so I claimed that. What's more fun that shooting a pixelated alien-bug-thing between the eyeballs? If you said "hur dur, a lot of things," then you're correct. Still fun, though.

Had a feeling Chuck Rock 2 would be submitted before Chuck Rock 1. Been very busy and will be for another week or two - should have plenty of time early in the new year though. Will get back into this then. Not really a game you need a guide for - it is pretty easy to know what to do.

Considering changing my guides to the markup version too. Will have a bit of a play with it first though to see what they would look like in that format.

On a partially related side note, I submitted the remaining descriptions for the EU releases. Assuming they are all accepted, all the english SMS games will now have official descriptions.

Alien 3 is almost finished. It'd have been done and posted by now, but Windows Vista killed itself.

Seeing as we are doing updates:

Hoping to get Chuck Rock done by the end of the year, getting there. Everything is done except for the walkthough (yeah the main bit probably), currently completed the first two levels. Got to say, I prefer the new format for writing, saves mucking around with headers and line breaks as much. Will be interesting to see how much I have to change before submitting it though.

According to wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alex_Kidd_BMX_Trial) Alex Kidd BMX Trial needs some sort of specific paddle controller to play.

Guess that explains why I couldn't get him to steer left properly when I tried it. Makes sense now.

Lot of work to update, with all the new submissions that will be accepted along with how long it will take SB to get through the list.

Already updated the websites for OutRun 3-D [by TrulyDexterious] and Alien 3 [by MikePenance] and then noticed the list has started moving again.

That game is probably doable, it is one I looked at for a similar reason back in the old version of the completion project (to complete the Q section), just didn't like the game itself though. It could probably be done by a single author, but there are very few games for the system I think that would make for good co-author guides.

Chuck Rock will be done by the end of the week. I'll probably take Game Box Serie Esportes Radicais for my next guide, seems like it would be easy enough to write. For those that haven't tried it, it is the cycling and surfing events in California Games. It'd be a very easy guide to complete for the author of the CG guide, however I have never seen them around before to ask. Needs to remove a link in the acknowledgements section too, but that is another story.

Ironically, Quartet was one of the first games I was looking to write for once I completed Spiderman: Return of the Sinister Six. However, I did not enjoy the game enough to write for it. I wonder if anyone will actually complete the game.

Just played Ariel: The Little Mermaid and completed it.It is a short, 4-level game that requires finding merpeople before getting ot face the Boss. Just thought to post this information here encase someone was thinking of writing for that game.

Can't believe what I'm about to say (write), but I already finished Quartet. Wow, a really short game. It's as long as Fantasy Zone. I used the new FAQ Markup and it's pretty neat. It was hard to use it at first, but everything came out nicely (that's what she said? Haha XD). Only 13 KB.
